This pan is everything as advertised, non stick, needs lower heat, heats up faster due to the metals ability to conduct the heat. Scratch resistant to metal. Expensive but worth it. And it comes with a life time warranty....
This pan is fantastic. It cleans up so easily. It sears so well even with lower heat. I love this pan would recommend for anyone.
